Our vision
For Hakmi to be a trusted investment and operating platform that builds assets, companies, and projects with lasting value across sectors, markets, and generations.
A private family investment group that combines capital, operating experience, and a long-term view.
Our story
Hakmi Holding is a private family investment group founded by Mr. Nabil Hakmi. It started in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 1985 and grew by building focused businesses, developing long-term partnerships, and entering new sectors and markets in a careful, deliberate way.
Today the group’s experience spans real estate development, building and finishing materials, manufacturing, supply chains, logistics, food industries, and agricultural investment, along with strategic investments and partnerships in several countries.
The group does not act as a distant financial owner with no role in operations. It follows a model that combines investment, management, technical expertise, and performance oversight. That lets the group develop assets, support companies, bring strengths together, and share know-how across markets and sectors.
What sets us apart
The group starts from a direct understanding of the businesses it invests in, and builds value by linking investment decisions with execution and operational discipline.
Vision and mission
A long-range vision carried out through a practical mission that connects capital with expertise and specialized partnerships.
For Hakmi to be a trusted investment and operating platform that builds assets, companies, and projects with lasting value across sectors, markets, and generations.
To use capital, operating expertise, and specialized partnerships to develop productive investments, raise company efficiency, and turn opportunities into institutions and assets with long-term economic and social impact.
Values
A steady framework for how we choose opportunities, build partnerships, and run businesses across markets.
Protecting rights, clarity in commitments, and tying decisions to accountability.
Building businesses to last and evolve, not for a quick result.
Treating quality as a system—from the decision and specification through operations and customer service.
Choosing partners based on fit, trust, and shared outcomes.
Managing risk, cost, time, and performance with an institutional approach.
Investing in talent, respecting communities, and creating meaningful opportunities.
Sharing experience across sectors and countries and improving knowledge over time.
Founder’s message
Hakmi Holding rests on a simple, clear idea: choose businesses we understand, build institutions that can endure, work with partners who share our trust and commitment, and tie investment success to real value for society and the economy.
